This quick post will show you a simple way to view your most recent documents on Windows.

If you can’t see any of your most recent files and folders already under Quick Access in your File Explorer. You can temporarily pin a folder under the Quick Access.

Follow these three-steps:

1. Press on your keyboard the Windows button + R
2. In the run window, that will have popped-up, type shell:recent
3. Press enter

This will bring up the “Recent Items” folder. You can right click the folder and pin to Quick Access.
