Physical handsets working through a cloud-based platform are no longer designed to hold a directory list of contacts. Heading towards the future, it is now all linked through the app / platform.

To add a new contact, open your PC or mobile app > click on the phonebook symbol > click on the red plus symbol > add your new contact.
