Physical handsets working through a cloud-based platform are no longer designed to hold a directory list of contacts. Heading towards the future, it is now all linked through the app / platform.

To add a new contact, open your PC or mobile app > click on the phonebook symbol > click on the red plus symbol > add your new contact.

If you would like to use your desk handset, you can connect it to the Webex App by following this guide. You can then call contacts via the App directory but still use your desk handset to make the call.
