BeamRing IP33G – How do I disable call forwarding?

Applies to BeamRing User and BeamRing User Plus license holders

The BeamRing cloud phone solution provides you with three call forwarding options.

To disable call forwarding of ALL telephone calls to another number:

1. Press the Menu soft key then press 1 for Call Control.
2. Press 4 for Call Forward and 1 for Always Forward.
3. Press the Switch key to toggle the status to Disabled.
4. Press the Save soft key and your Call Forwarding for All calls will then be deactivated.

To disable call forwarding of telephone calls to another number when I am BUSY:

1. Press the Menu soft key then press 1 for Call Control.
2. Press 4 for Call Forward and 2 for Busy Forward.
3. Press the Switch key to toggle the status to Disabled.
4. Press the Save soft key and your Call Forwarding on Busy will then be deactivated.

To disable call forwarding of telephone calls to another number when I DO NOT ANSWER:

1. Press the Menu soft key then press 1 for Call Control.
2. Press 4 for Call Forward and 3 for No Answer Forward.
3. Press the Switch key to toggle the status to Disabled.
4. Press the Save soft key and your Call Forwarding on No Answer will then be deactivated.
