How to sign-in to SharePoint Online using Incognito Browser

Using a private or incognito browser tab makes signing in to multiple Microsoft/email accounts easier by not saving login details from other accounts. This prevents conflicts and keeps the sign-in process simple.
Step 1: Open an InPrivate or Incognito Browser Window on your Preferred Browser:
Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click on the three vertical dots (menu) in the top right-hand corner.
- Select New Incognito Window. A new window with a dark theme will open, indicating you’re now browsing incognito.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click on the three horizontal dots (menu) in the top right corner.
- Select New InPrivate Window. A new window with a blue theme will open, indicating you’re in InPrivate mode.
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click on the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top right corner.
- Select New Private Window. A new window with a purple mask icon will open, indicating you’re in private browsing mode.
Step 2: Navigate to SharePoint Online
- Enter URL: Copy and paste your company’s SharePoint URL into the address bar.
- Press Enter: This will take you to the Microsoft Office 365 login page.
Step 3: Sign In to Your Account
Enter Credentials:
Type in your Microsoft 365 email address and click Next.
- Enter your password and click Sign In.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (if enabled):
- Complete any necessary multi-factor authentication steps.
Non-Microsoft Account:
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the code sent to your email address.
- Once complete, you will have access to your SharePoint site.
