Via the Mobile App

If you start a call from the Webex Mobile App, whilst on the call you will see a button with 3 dots that has the description “More”

Click on the more button

Choose the transfer option from the menu

Enter the number or name or who you want to transfer the call to

NB * you will have 2 transfer options to choose from, “Consultive transfer” where you can speak to the person before transferring the call to them, and “Blind transfer” which transfers the call straight away.

Via the Desktop App

This is very similar as you transfer the call using the mobile app described above.

Click on the three dots

Then select transfer and choose a contact or add the number you wish to transfer the call to.
